help. My Alpine just got stolen from my Jetta....

It believe it was a 7545 or something like that. It had a cassette player in it and also had CD changer controls.
Problem is, I can replace it, but I was not sure whether Alpine changed the CD changer control cables. My changer that mated to the stolen Alpine was pre-AiNET type cable (circular).
are the cables the same? Is there an adapter if there is a difference? I'd hate to change out the CD changer since only the head unit needs replacement.
They left the cables uncut (intact).

There's M Bus and Ai-Net, both are current alpine protocols.
There was an older bus too....

I have this model I just pulled out of my accord. Works great! I just went to mp3 is why i am getting rid of it. If interested email me at emw@naxs.net - I also have the factory head unit from the accord if interested. Thanks - Eric
