help wireing my Alpine deck

Im not getting power to the deck itself.

1 = ground
2 = wierd wire that has no power(no idea what it is.
3 = wire with power. connected to the deck(yellow wirer)
4 = Ground from deck and from the Alpine AM/FM tunner Audio connection thing for extra TVs lol.
5 = the battery lead for the AM/FM tunner audio thing.
6 = Accesory wire from the AM/FM tunner.
I had the 2 blacks connected to the brown and the 2 yellows connected to the red with power and nothing happend.

To power the deck you only need 12v going to both the perm live and ignition on feed to the Alpine, and an earth. If that's not working then I'd check you're getting 12v on the live feed before going any further.
