How Do I convert protected ACC file to MP3?

Just got the PhatBox system. Whats the easiest, fastest way to convert the iTunes protected acc format to MP3 that will work with the PhatBox?

JHYMN works well and the phatnoise can decode AAC (unprotected)

Hi, I convert protected files via Convert-tune.
It is easy-to-use. And converts audio and video files to different formats. In addition, it has free CD Ripper and free CD Burner, and other options. It converts video files for iPod as well.
Convert-tune
