How do I improve lousy AM reception?
I am undoubtedly the millionth person to note this, but the reception on my '98 A4 2.8 qas is awful. As soon as I get out of the city where I live, I lose virtually all AM reception. The dealer said everything is hooked up as it should be, so I guess the problem is simply that the antenna-in-the-back-window setup is poorly designed.
What would you recommend? The Avant antenna setup? Antenna amplifier?
