Default how hard is it to install the following components..

thinking about doing the install myself with a couple friends

2000 S4 w/ BOSE setup..

Want to install the following:
5.25 MB Quarts component set up front in the doors
6.5 Coaxals in the rear deck
2 JL Audio 10w0 subs
4ch amp to run the mids and highs
2ch amp to run the subs

I will need to pull the bose speakers out and get an rca line-out converter for the amps.
Any idea how difficult it is to remove the BOSE speakers from the doors and what tools will be necessary for the install.

Default I started on my install and it doesn't seem hard...

The hardest part should be routing the speaker wires into the doors. Those are kinda a PITA but not too bad. The rear deck is kinda a pain to get off, but still, I've done plenty harder stuff. The doors come off real easy though and the speakers come out easy too.

Make sure your rear speakers fit in the hole in the rear deck. My infinity's were just a bit big so I hammered the hole to be a bit bigger... Just a bit, nothing crazy. I also cut the holders for the actual rear speakers cuz the driver surrounds were big, but you might not have the same problem. Good luck, it's not bad.

Default I didn't have to get MBQ adaptors for the rear...

The infinitys pretty much dropped right into the stock adaptors. Given that it was a bit big, I dremelled off some of the adaptor but no big deal...
