Default I broke the black wire pin off my Blaupunkt adapter - Am I screwed?

I finally got all of the pins out of my stock harness and blaupunkt adapter - with one casualty - The black wire that corresponds to the remote amp switch well I broke the wire between the pin and the insulation. Here's my question:

Can I still wire an amp from the RCA's and then hook up a remote amp switch somewhere in the trunk? How important is the black wire on the blaupunkt adapter? If I need to I guess I could re-tie the pin or something with some extra wire, but It looks like kind of a pain. Suggestions?

Default there are ways around it..

Like wiring a remote turn on separately. Just remember remote turn on signals are not 12V, theyre like 3V.

I'd just buy another blau adaptor if I were you. only $5

Thanks I fixed it, I soldered the pin back on and it worked fine. My subs sound great!
