Default I just came back in from checking out the rear trunk area, and seeing what needs to come out...

to gain access to the Bose Amp and speaker area.

I got as far as nowhere. Rubber surround off, clips off, but there seems to be attachments at the bottom.

Do I need to remove absolutely everything to get in there?

Also, the front edge of the liner seems stuck behind the seats side bolsters? It seems that I need to remove the rear side bolsters too.

This sound right?

Alright, I'm not against removing all this crap, but which wires on the bose plug into the amp are the ones I need to tap into for linelevel and remote on?

Default As for the liner ...

... if the A6 is anything like the A4, you can remove those by taking the back seats out. There is a metal rod that holds the backs of the seat up and the liner wraps around it.

You'll need to find someone with a bently cd to find out the wire colors for the remote and line level wiring.
