I know this question gets asked alot...but
Are there any converters I can use to switch my 99.5 BOSE head unit(A4)to connect one RCA patch cable? Basically, I am installing a two amp plus crossover system, and retaining my factory head unit/cd changer. Am I asking for hugh problems? Should I just fork over another $500+ for a new head unit? What do you think? Thanks.

Memphis below says they will NOT fit. Memphis, what exactly doesn't fit? holes?

Yes they will fit the door but the speaker you attach to it is another story...
The door structure has changed a bit. You will most
likely need to trim some metal to get the speakers
to fit. I brought mine to some good installers
and they trimmed some metal to get my 5.25"
BostonRally's to fit.

The holes match fine, but when you try to stick the door panel back on the door frame, it hits metal (this is without a speaker). However, according to AlexD, there is an easy fix.
