Cut the rear deck and custom fab. a grill on top....
....hopefully your amp rack won't interfere too much with the vent. This is what I'm planning to do as I don't have a ski sack in mine. =(

To clarify a few more things... (Foo, r u alive?)
I already made a ski sack... dremeled out a rectangle where it would've been had I gotten the winter package.
The problem is porting from the trunk. I think a new box is what I need... damnit.
