i need some ideas for songs.. something fast beat like techno..also about mp3's

sorry my definition of techno obviously differs from yours, yes many of the names…
were trance bands/djs - sorry MCengineer if you did not like my preferences- many people have different definitions of techno,dance,trance, rave, acid, progressive trance, physc trance,triphop,jungle,house,club etc
the lines between some of them i think are non exisitent- but again people have different definitions - (especially coast to coast)

ah no i like trance.. i didn't mean it to come out like that..
i was able to get a ton of great trance songs thanks to you, but some of the stuff i was listing to just scared me a little..<p>John

I haven't read all the postings but you should really download Darude's Sandstorm. It's the best I've heard in a while. It's Finnish but has gone up the single charts in UK and Germany and a lot of other European countries too.

I hate you!
I try to download on a 56k and it takes like 10 minutes for one friggin song! DOH!
anyway, some day I'll go high speed... for what it's worth, I get my internet for absolutely free for now and ya can't beat THAT price!
Anyway, a couple of good compilations I know of are- the soundtracks for "The Matrix" and "Spawn"
both have some cool techno, industrial heavy stuff.
Also, KMFDM- recently changed their name to MDFMK is another cool band ya can't go wrong with.
By the way, if ya think DSL is fast, wait till you see HDSL-2. Makes DSL look like a 28.8 by comparison!
