I searched, with some conflicting results..There are no after market CD changers that work w/Delta

The biggest problem when upgrading OEM HU's is that they are all have a slightly different fascia depending on the car they came out of. So a Concert from a TT won't just slot into an A4, even though the unit will function perfectly. So ideally you need to ensure the donor unit came from a similar vehicle, or be prepared to do some mods to the unit.

Only in respect of using the CAN-BUS instead of having a switched ignition feed
So a newer HU may not be wired with a perm live & ignition on live. It will just have a perm live. So this unit will still work in an older car with both, but it won't turn on/off with the ignition.
