Icelink+ problem

Icelink+ problem
My icelink seems to be messed up. when i turn the car on and switch to CDC, even if the ipod is not in, it automatically goes to track 99 and stays there. If i plug in the ipod, it turns on and plays for a moment and then it stops playing and just says "you may now remove your product" with a big check on the screen. If i try to change the track, it automatically goes back to track 99. What do you think is wrong?
