and front and rear speakers. I'm going to attempt the install myself. My question is what all do I need to do this? I'm aware I need the MB Quart adapters (for 5.25's in front and 6.5's in back), where's the best, ie cheapest place to get those from?
Second what all do I need to wire/hook up the head unit (an alpine CDA-7894)? Is there a wiring kit? What about the antenna adapter I've read about in the archives?? Are there any tricks I should know about before installing everything?
Lastly, the trim plate. I want to make a custom one (or at least attempt one before I buy one from LLtek?? I'm planning on trying to mount a boost gauge right above the new head unit in the extra space left over from the Double DIN stock unit. Any help with material suggestions, examples ect. would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance everyone, I'll post some pics if I can pull this off cleanly.

Well I bought three adapters, all from scosche. I bought their antenna adapter, which you need. It's the same as the VW one. They also make a wiring harness (same as VW). For the older style concert radios, they made an in dash adapter, but that doesn't exist for the symphony radio yet. The trim plate you're going to have to make yourself, but I have no clue how to do that. www.schosche.com
Rich's car tunes in Boston had (don't know if they still do) about 15 pairs of front and rear mbquart adapters. give them a call. www.cartunes.com If you can't find the front adapters, I am looking to sell mine. When I bought the front and rears from Rich's car tunes, it cost me 80 bucks with shipping.
