Default Infinity BassLink: Your thoughts???

I am not looking for "MAD BASS", I just want to "clean up" the bass of the
stock non-bose system in my A6. I don't want to put a huge box in the trunk so
the size of the BassLink is attractive, but does it do what they say? For those
who have it, where in the trunk did you install it? Do you recomend it? Any
other suggestions on powered subs?

Thanks

I don't have one, but ready a lot of posts on it. 99% of the people were happy with it. They either mounted it straight to the floor or suspended it from the rear deck. For the cost and the effect they desired, it was very nice it seemed.

I noticed RockFord Fosgate has a similar device now. It's new (to my knowledge) and no one here as tested it. May be something to check out as well.

There was 1 person who disliked his basslink. He moved up to 2x10" subs and the difference are large. I'd personally go with 1 10" sub instead of a basslink, because for the cost of a basslink you can get a sub, a prefab box, and an amp to do 100x1. You don't need a huge box, although it would be bigger than a basslink, but if you want to get creative and spend some extra $$, you can get it fit into the side wall or such so it actually uses up no room.

The Basslink requires the same signal, power, and remote turn-on connections/cabling as any subwoofer addition to your system. You could put together something more impressive for similar $ if you wanted to.

The Basslink is great for people who don't want to be bothered with the details.

Default Try a search with BASSLINK

There are a number of entries about it with more info than you probably want.
