...the BOSE rear deck speakers in a late B5? I have a most anoying 'rattle' that comes from both the rear deck speakers with any bass - sounds like grains of rice on the cone....which they do even when not fixed to the deck - fixed makes it worse as does cold weather....

Think these will be a direct swap??

I did that in my Infiniti... these new Infinity (with a Y) speakers were a direct swap for Bose in that car. I had 2 and 4 ohm speakers in my factory Bose setup there... hence the need for the 2ohm aftermarket speakers. They were a great cheap upgrade.
