Hokie - STI avant

I just installed an Aux input system on a friend's new Jeep GC. We want to mount the iPod on a charger (no FM tranmitter needed). If anyone has this or a similar one, where is the pivot on the back? We don't want it to stick too far out, it would be nice if it sat flush (or somewhat flush) to the dash where the charger outlet is. (The charger outlet comes out the dash horizontally).
