Jammers and detectors
what is the best jammer/ detector combo for front & back of car
also what to do about the radar detector detectors?
I just recently got a ticket for going only 80 down a road with no speed limit signs. when the cop asked why i went so fast, my excuse was that there were no speed signs. he said that it was 55 and i got a $200 fine!
anyone livin in VA who has a good setup that cops cant detect or find?

You just take your chances with a radar detector in VA.
Most of the time, the cops run always-on because they think that nobody's running a radar detector. It gives them away several miles away (at least to my V1). No real way to hide your detector, AFAIK, but just learn how to remove it quickly if need be.
Laser is another story altogether. I'm contemplating a jammer purchase at the moment, actually.

vsp is harsh about detectors
dont let vsp catch you with one... you know that its one because they run detector detectors so basicly your detector will shut off... most of the county units or town units down have the detection but they are always ON... i never had a cruiser without the radar on.. thing u need to do is watch out and step off the pedal.. another option is FD or RS or FOP plates... they will get you out most of the times.

If you live in VA, here's what you want - Bel 975R (remote)...

I grew up in VA, and starting using remotes out of necessity - now I use them out of personal preference (stealth, uincluttered windshield, no theft worries, etc.) Have been using the Bel model for almost 10 years now with no performance complaints.
Picture poster has the mounting location for the antenna - its a pretty easy job.
