I found just got a stealthbox and it came with some ib4 8" subs, now assuming that they sound good what amp should I use?

Amp questions
Should I use two mono amps or one 2 or 4 channel amp? What amp would you recommend, I have always liked the Alpine amps. Can I use a higher powered amp that would be suitable for the w7's and just turn it down for the ib4's? How many watts are needed for the ib4's and how many for the w7's?

Box questions
The box is not sealed and I would ultimately like to put some w7's in it. will the w7's work without a sealed box? What about the w6's or w3's? Now the mounting depth may not be enough for some of those subs, so can I just make a ring to extend the sub out farther to make room behind it?

Sorry I have almost no experience with subs and jst want something clean and not too loud for most of the time but something that has the potential to hit hard if I feel like it.

the ib is for infinite baffle (free air) and no other jl speakers have those characteristics so hook them up to a medium size amp and enjoy

I have researched quite a bit, have my StealthBox waiting and am going with that set-up.
