Hi guys,
Connected all the wires and got new music sound!
But something is wrong with the rear speakers.
I have 2001 A4 with non-Bose setup.
Got Alpine iDA-x200 head unit with Audi harness (pls look here - http://www.crutchfield.com/p_120701787/Audi-Wiring-Harness.html?search=harness).
I really hear my front speakers sound better than with Symphony now.
But my rear speakers are too quiet now. Even when I turned the fader completely to the rear - they still playing silently at more than average volume set.
By the way, when I just connect the wires from the Alpine HU connector right to the RCA inputs (green and violet from the link above) the rear speakers sound well.
It looks like my non-Bose amplifier at rear-speakers does not work.
Though I got it's blue/white wire (Amplifier turn-on) connected to the unit as well...
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Because when I connect rear speakers wires right to the head unit square plug (not the RCA inputs) then my rear speakers play music louder than front ones when fader is set to the middle.
And the speakers start harsh sound at not very high volume now...

The rear amp is a very feeble 2 x 20w (peak, not RMS). The new HU will be kicking out at least 2 x 50w, so more than double. Just rewire the rears directly to the HU for a vast improvement in quality & volume, but ensure you get the +ve's and -ve's round the right way otherwise you'll get bass cancellation.
Above is the pin out for the B6 A4.

You have the same connections as the B6 pinout, so perm live, remote on and earth are easy to find. That just leaves the left & right pre-outs + screen, which you can find using a spare speaker, you will get very faint music playing with the HU on. Then you're left with the rear left & right speakers. Once you know which 4 wires these are then all you do is connect a AA battery to one of them, then touch the other 3 in turn to the +ve of the battery until you get a pop. the one that pops is the paired feed to whichever speaker made the pop, so the other 2 are the other speaker. Working out +ve & -ve is the only problem, as you need to see if the speaker moved in or out when connected to the battery. If the cone moves out then the +ve of the battery is the +ve feed to the speaker and vice versa. Or you just try it one way round then the other and see which sounds more bassy.
