Default Keeping Stock HU in system?

I am setting up a new system w/ 5.25 infinity ref comps up front. I wanted to run these speakers w/ a rock fosg. amp (4 channel bridged to two) I was hoping i could keep the stock HU to power the rears. I also have an Alpine Type R 12' which i wanna power with another mono rock. fosg. amp. I know i need speaker adapters for up front and i got those from nexxia.com but do i need the blaupunkt adapter for the symphony headunit in order to run the two amps?
I have searched and searched and it is confusing me. Anything else i need in this system
