Hi Benjamin -

I've got a 7" Focal component set that's been burning a hole in my closet since I got my new car (I had another A4 that was totalled, and I got rid of the 5 1/4" Quart speaks that I had in it). I want to mount the new speakers in the kick panels. I have a few Q's about your install -

Driver's side - did the kick get bowed out byt he speaker magnet? It appears as if some of the dead pedal is gone. If it did - is the magnet resting against that sheet of Dynamat in the pic? How deep is the speaker you used? I'm trying to determine if I can pull off the same install or not. Custom door panels could be a real bitch!
