Default Looking for a good amp to run a 10W6 (400W) on factory Bose...TIA

I have a 2000 S4 and I'm looking to put in a JL Audio 10W6v2D4. I'm trying to get an idea of what amp I should look at to power this puppy. Also any sites to visit to find one online. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
