Looking for an RNS-e, anyone dealt with Vagnavs.com?

I'm looking for an RNS-e for my S4, I've checked on the navplus.us site and sent out some messages but haven't gotten any replies. Have any of you dealt with http://www.vagnavs.com/audi.html ? Or know of any other reliable sources?
