The AM side of the Delta radio on my US spec 96 A4 crapped out the other day. I've checked, and I'm pretty sure it's the radio and not the antenna amp (I've checked with a non-amplified antenna and it still just spits and crackles on AM.) I kind of miss being able to hear traffic reports and stuff. This is the third Delta radio that has died in my A4; the first two were replaced under warranty. I don't want to drop too much money on a radio with what seems like an 18 month life expectancy, so does anyone out there have a fully functional stock radio they are interested in selling reasonably cheap. Otherwise I'm going to have to perform major surgery and install an aftermarket unit in the car.
