Default yes

3/4" mdf

screws

heavy duty wood glue or construction glue...i used heavy duty liquid nails.

the brahma is like 35-40 lbs right? i dont think you'll need magnet bracing, just some good wood bracing will do. if you want you can use dowels to make a brace

to seal the inside u can use wood glue also. i used something different than liquid nails. i used titebond II cuz it was easier to work with when sealing.

you can cut the boards yourself if you ahve the right tools. a store could do it fo ryou BUT i would draw the lines out and be VERY SPECIFIC as sometimes they are sloppy and make quick measurements and your final box will be off.
