Mmi issue

just bought an 2013 Audi q3, really pleased with it apart from I can't get the MMI system to recognise any Bluetooth devices, so can't use the hands free in the car. I've tried resetting the MMI and my phone, but it still wouldn't pick up any of my devices I had in the car. When I go into the Settings menu and Factory settings, and select all, which includes Bluetooth, each time I go to look for my phone it asks me if I would like to turn on the Bluetooth in the car. Absolutely clueless now trying it. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks for now.
