Hi all

New on here. I'm sure this has been posted elsewhere so apologies.

I have a A5 coupe (2012) with AMI. The version info states 0440.

I've always wondered why i don't get any artwork when i play tracks from my iphone 4s. I've since discovered that i need a different AMI cable with a red top.

Even with this new cable will my car display artwork? There doesn't seem to be a blank area where artwork would be, so i'm wondering if my version of the AMI needed updating.

I now have the iphone 5s so i'm wondering whether its worth buying this new red cable and a 30 pin to lightening.

I've read so many threads on various websites am so confused.
