I've decided its time to replace the Xtant 121m in my trunk with something that has a little more ooommph. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm looking to stay under 600 bucks. This amp is gonna power my JL stealth box with two JL 8ohm 8" infinite baffle subs (run in series to make 4ohms). It likes a lot of power and this 121m just isn't cutting it. I might have to add a capacitor as well...

I have a PPI PC2600 which is a little over a month old. I bought it to power some Diamond Hex's but since I purchased it I've decided I don't care enough about audio to drop $2k on a system at this time. I took the amp out of my A4 two weeks ago, it was only in my car a few weeks.

The amp puts out 150x2 at 4 ohms, 300x2 at 2 ohms, or 600x1 @ 4 ohms. It has a QBass expansion port allowing you to hook up a remote bass boost control. It has a -12dB attenuation switch to allow for high voltage inputs.

I purchased it from my local authorized PPI dealer. Its in great shape, works perfectly and I have the receipt, box, and manual.

This amp sells for $535 at TMS Electronics (http://www.tms-electronics.com) but I'll let it go for $ 370 plus shipping if you're interested.
