Hello,

I am having some problems with the cd/dvd tray.
It keeps saying "Improperly Inserted" even though no disc is inserted.
When I press the eject button, it says a series of loud clicking noises, does not sound healthy at all!

I have been to an electronics store who are willing to take a look at it, but they have no experience with it at all.

So I was interested in hearing if any of you guys had heard of this problem before and perhaps knew how to fix it or could give some pointers as to where the problem might be?
