Hello, I have a 2019 Q7 and the navigation is haywire. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the antenna, still having the same issues. I have tried resetting and entering my location manually, to no avail.
Take it back to the dealership. It's clearly not fixed. There should be somewhere in the navigation options where you can see how many satellites it has a lock on. My guess is it still isn't receiving a GPS signal. Seems to be somewhat of an ongoing issue with Audis. They had a known hardware flaw with the MMI in the past that caused the GPS signal to get dropped. My 2013 RS5 had this issue and they replaced the entire head unit with redesigned hardware. Apparently, the issue was insulation between the AC and the MMI that came loose and the cold temperature from the AC when it was running froze the GPS chip in the MMI and it stopped working. Hopefully they didn't make the same mistake again in future models.
