Need XM/Antenna help PLEASE, TIA.

So I got the Sony XM unit and It works great in home and the car (FM Modulated) but now my problem is with FM, I have lost it all. I got the antenna adapters including the one with the lead off of it and connected that to +12v and still nothing. I'm pretty sure I have the amplified antenna setup because there is no external antenna. Radio is a Bose symphony, any ideas guys?

stupid question but did u turn off the FM mod before u triedthe FM radio?

hmm why are u running attenna adaptors if u are still useing a stock headunit?

Id remove that first and see if it works.

Because the radio uses european style plugs

Would seem that the amplified part of the antenna is not working

Did you read the XM FAQ in the tech section? It mentions that he lost FM reception becuase even though he got the adapters, the part that went out was the amplified part.
