So I installed a new blitzsafe rca input behind the symphony II yesterday. I put the sirius tuner in the glove box, with rca output to the blitsafe rca connectors.

The sound is not good. I tried grounding the blitzsafe to both the chassis of the head unit as well as the ground in the factory wiring harness, no improvement.

I plugged audio in from a different car's sirius tuner, and the sound sucked again. I therefore don't think it's the satellite radio in my car (which is the sirius starbase).

basically, the sound is quieter than FM or CD, is not crisp, and muffled.

any advice would be appreciated.
