New stereo Install Woes/Amazing problems!

So I go to a the recommended somewhat-local stereo installation store and have two amps, a sub installed, and 4 speakers replaced with some relatively quality stuff. I keep the stock symphony head unit because i like it, and it actually produces good sound once you free it up a little bit.
I get the car back (the sub isnt ready yet, pick it up on monday) and as i'm driving around town throughout the night, i notice this list of items:
1) drivers window makes a little clicking noise when going up and down. Great.
2) when playing disks on the cd changer, audio comes out of the right speakers, and right speakers ONLY. (i think they accidentally de-pinned the left changer channel when they were messing with that damn Blaupunkt line adapter)
3) WTF Factor of 10 here: When the sunroof is open in any fashion (i.e. popped up, or slid back at all) there is a fricken BREEEZE and a HALF shooting out of my front speaker grills!
WTF??? how is that even possible? Open the sunroof, and your legs get BLASTED by wind! its insane!
I dont know how wind could travel all the way through the car to somehow wind up shooting out of the speaker grill onto my leg, but it does.
Whats funny is how strong the wind is... its as if a fan were directly behind the speaker grills in the front.
Anybody know how this might be possible? The wind is the same strength no matter how little or great the sunroof is open, even when its only popped up!
why cant things ever go smoothly???????????????

maybe you didn't notice it before.... but whenever you create negative pressure in the car like that the doors will breathe... I notice it comes through the door handles prominently too. Maybe they messed something up with the door seal so that it is more pronounced... but at least some of it is normal.

Re: #1--I betcha the window is hitting wires, the new speaker magnet, or a poorly replaced part of your door panel. I know there's not a lot of room in my TT's door for extraneous crap:

Re: #2--I think you're right about this.
Re: #3--If your Audi is anything like mine, I'm guessing they got rid of the protective foam cover (at least around the speakers) as pictured here:

I'd also be concerned that the front of the speaker isn't totally isolated from the back of the speaker--this'll totally ruin your midbass response. On my car, there is a little "ring" that the edge of the speaker's surround meets that totally isolates the front & back:

Good luck getting this rectified. Your experience is one of the reasons I'm the only one who touches my TT's stereo!
