Default Newbie question: how can I find out for sure if my car supports an OEM CD changer?

It's a 2000 a4 2.8Q with the standard Bose head unit. I looked in the CDC space in the trunk but don't know what I'm looking for in terms of CDC plug cables etc.

BTW, are there any aftermarket CDCs that'll fit in the same enclosure and work with factory head unit?

Default Look for a cable like this.

This is from a TT, but the cable is the same.

The only changer that will work is a Panasonic unit
