Noise on radio

Installed a set of Xenon headlights in my wife's car. Now she can't listen top the radio just CDs.
Could this be interference from the ballast or from the pack used to switch the ballast on. Everything has been grounded according to manufacturers instructions. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

The easiet way to diagnose this would be to remove the power wire to the ballasts..

...see if the problem goes away.

Also, is it only with the headlights on, or is it all the time now.

The interference is only when the headlights are on.

2nd. I am having the same problem. Bad reception only when HIDs are on.

That and my XM has **** the bed too. Tried a new car kit cradle and Sure-Connect system and nothing from my Roady XT. Works fine when I put it in my XM boombox though.
