Default Parrot CK3000 install problems

I followed instructions from some people here to install a Parrot CK3000 bluetooth system in a 2000 A6 w/ Bose Symphony. The instructions essentially said to a) get power from the fuse box instead of the headunit, b) make a new plug that goes into the headunit, and route three wires to it (two from the Parrot's "loudspeaker" plug and one "standalone wire"), and c) to not use the Parrot's "audio" plug that goes into the headunit.

The install was a little difficult because there is so little room behind the headunit for the wires, but doable. There was already a "red plug" in the bose unit for the phone/nav -- I unplugged it and plugged in the one I made per instructions. The result -- the Parrot is on, I can pair it, it mutes the stereo when making calls, and the headunit displays "Phone" when there is a phone call. So far, so good. But there is no sound! I haven't checked if the other side can hear me, they probably can. I am just getting no sound on my end.

Help! Thanks.

Default A couple more details

BTW, some posts indicate that the mute wire should go into pin 1 of connector IV. In my instructions it's pin 2 (at least in the picture, maybe it's really pin 1). Also, the connector I already had in there (before the install) had pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, and 10 occupied. My connector only has pins 2, 3, 4 occupied. Don't know what it means and whether I should tap into the wires that are in pins 1, 9, and 10 in the original connector.

Sorry Deniska, I actually don't have a resolution for you, but more a question as I'm starting the same installation in my S4. Can you point me to the best instructions for tapping into the fuse box for power, and where do you tap the Parrot's orange wire into?
Thanks.

Default Here's what I've got

The instructions for tapping into the fuse box are here: https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/58774.phtml

The instructions I have state (two different parts of instructions, two different orange wires):

- The orange power wire that goes between plug 3 â€oeDIAGRAM C†(Parrot's car power connector) and one the fuses above should be cut between plug 3 â€oeDIAGRAM C†and the fuses. The fuse end of the wire should be connected your own power source as below. The other end should be taped with electrical tape so you donâ€TMt short any thing out.

- Cut the orange wire going into plug 1 â€oeDIAGRAM C†(Parrot's loudspeaker connector) and crimp the end from the audio cable (not the grey plug end) to the wire from slot 3 of the red block â€oeDIAGRAM D†(This is the new connector that the instructions ask for)
