Default phatbox cable help

I just rec'd my phatbox that was previously installed in someone else's Audi w/ a Nav+. Unfortunately, it didn't have the small pins at the ends of the harness that came w/ the Phatbox so I'm creating that connection now and need some help/confirmation.

It's an Audi harness; part #4B0051735B

I'm installing it in my A4 w/ Nav+ (d navi).

I've installed pins at the ends of the following wires in the harness and am ready to insert the pinned wires into the 20 pin female connector that will plug into the Nav+:

orange (to pin 13)
pink (to pin 14)
black (to pin 15)
blue (to pin 16)
yellow (to pin 17)
white (to pin 19)
red (to pin 20)

the orange wire had a copper braide around it
the black wire had a copper braide around it

When the harness was shipped to me, the 2 copper brades were combined w/ the brown wire for the harness. I assume I continue to use this configuration and I need to put a pin at the end of the brown wire and insert in pin 10. Correct?

When the harnes was shipped to me, there were also copper braides w/ the red wire and with the white wire. These 2 brades were used to make the
brown/black wire. I assume I continue to use this configuration and I put a pin at the end of the brown/black wire and insert into pin 18. Correct?

I want to make sure I do everything correct since I don't have any spare pins (despite ordering extras) and I don't want to fry anything. Any help?
