Are there commercial/semi commercial adapters to make recent Motorola phones work with the internal speaker phone setup in A4s/A6s?
If there are multiple, which is the best?

Check out the CellPort 3000. I'm going to try to buy one this week, but it has both an RCA audio connection and a mute line for connecting to the OEM headunit. It doesn't have an adapter, though, so you'll have to do the wiring yourself. You probably also won't be able to reuse the OEM microphone, though(?).
When I finish installing it, I'll post a full review with pics, etc. Searching the archives, haven't found anyone who's installed one in their Audi yet. But a few people have mentioned it in the A4 and S4 forums.

Go to the tech section, it says how to interface to the built-in speaker and microphone in your car. You don't need the system you mention.
I can do it myself from the instructions in the Tech section, but I'd rather buy a unit premade.
