I guess dynamat extreme is the best

What may be be very worthwhile doing is to reinforce and brace the door liner. Try to make it as stiff and non resonant as possible

Default Keep the front tweeters where the stock ones are...

And lose the rear ones.

Default They can't use the stock harness.. #1.. so that's out.. and the TT electrical system is prone to

noise.

As far as your time correction thing.. the TT is small enough that it doesn't matter. That's not his issue. The imaging is screwed because of those rear tweeters.

Default Trust me...

And put your tweeters in the factory locations. The one thing the blose engineers did right was the front imaging for the tweeters.

Default Start with:

Remove the Becker headunit and get a decent Eclipse unit. Get rid of the no name amp.. and the no name rear speakers. Use the focals with a nice set of complimentary rear fill coaxials (you never want tweeters behind your head). Face the sub towards the rear also. And set your xovers on your amp.

Default Re: Trust me...

Any reason why? Is it because of the distance between the two components? The factory location for the front tweeters is very low as you already know and the sound could be covered very easily by your knee...
