Its kinda hard to get to the actual key hole and if you insulate it
it might become to think and the key hole might not fit back it. I'll prob be doing what u just said. take out the key hole completely and use solenoids.

good thing you don't use your trunk for any thing else!!!!
i decided to concentrate on the front soundstage for now so we will see what i can come up with. looks damn good man. those 12w7's are awesome and i can just imagine with a single zapco on each!!! crazy bass!!!

system looks good, i was actually thinking about doing 2 w7's in my a4 but i ended up doing 2 strokers hopefully im getting my car tomorow im also running zapco amps and a phoenix gold to my mids and highs im not sure but i think your in the l.a. area i live in the san fernando valley i'd love to hear your car one day and compare them so if u can get back to me that would be great

Hit me up man, im like 5 mins from u.
I live in north hollywood. Which zapcos are u running? I'd like to check it out, my box has to be redone...Its a tad small because we wanted to mount the cross overs in the middle between the box but it didnt work out that way so in a few months I'm gonna make a bigger box for it, right now its right within specs given by JL but on the small side.

okay so supposedly im getting my car friday... right now they are just doing some cosmetic stuff but the box is done and everything, the zapco amp im running is the new competition series suppose to be running 1000 rms to each sub hopefully it will bang but yeah my days off work are fridays and sundays or maybe we could meet up at a van nuys meet or thursday nite or something well you tell me what would be good for you thanks, tim

the whole system was about 6g's i did 3 way set up in the front of boston pro's with a tantrum 650 pg running them, fully dynamated doors and trunk, flip out kenwood dvd/cd screen and a whole lot of installation oh a 15 yes... 15 farad cap and im trying to find a bigass alternator the zapco amp was like 2 g's itself i got a deal on the subs and im trying to get a real good deal on the kenwood touch screen, what about you?
