Default Poor cell phone quality Bluetooth

For a 2019 Audi Q3, we have had nothing but extremely poor call quality between the driver and the person on the other end of the call when using the car's factory installed Bluetooth system. Constant complaint from the callers on the "receiving" end is that every other word from us while driving in the Q3 breaks up/drops off. Dealership insists they cannot duplicate the problem and we just do not believe that or agree. Any history/experiences with a similar problem out there? Thank you in advance.

I was doing a search for this this same problem. When using my cell phone in my car, I have to disconnect my phone because the signal is very bad between the phone and the car. Using just the phone is ok.

Is there an adjustment fix for this in the MMI?

I've only done phone calls through CarPlay, but have been impressed by how good it sounds. Try it through CarPlay instead.
