Popping sounds coming from rear speakers

Popping sounds coming from rear speakers
I have an intermittent popping sound that is coming from the rear speakers when I turn the stereo on each morning. After about 10 min. it goes away. Also, I can get the speakers to pop if I use my phone's bluetooth.
BTW, I should mention this is on my BMW with the Harmon Kardon system (both rear speakers have an amp), not the Audi.
Anyone have an idea what is going on!?
