Default Is it possible to tap into the OEM "FIN" antenna for my XM

I have an XM MyFi. I dont mind wiring it if I can use the SAT antenna that came with the car. It is SAT ready. I found the cables in the trunk, see pic. Can I do this? Recommended?, or should I just deal and go to dealer and get the box from them and add additional unit to my XM contract? Help.
