Is it possible to wire an amp signal through the bose amp that is currently there??
96' Audi a4 and looking to get more bass out of the stock system without running to many wires.

You would use the preamp signals going to the bose amp
These are the wiring going into the "IN" side of the amp essentially. You DO NOT want to use any output (speaker level wires).
I'd still advise running new ones because the wire used to get the signal to the bose amp is about 20ga wire and it's not insulated for ****. YOu'll probably get noise going into an aftermarket amp that will be much more noticeable.

all of the audi HU's do since they can be mated with a bose system
and since the bose system uses an amp, they designed the HU to all have a pre-amp output signal.
