I have a CD5441 and am having problems witht he preamp outs.The front and rear preouts give no signal at all in either channel and the non-fading sub preamp output has sound only in one channel. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? The switch on the left side of the unit is in the correct (off) position and fade and balance are all centered. The sound from the one channel of the sub output is very weak as well. Would it be louder if there were two working channels for the sub?

Very frustrating.
