Q7 MMI Issue

I recently changed my MMI system to a new one ordered from Germany. The one I ordered is for the V12 Q7, this is replacing my original one in the '07 V8. There is a different Pin configuration between them and the only issue I am having is that when I press "TEL" I get the Car menu and vice versa (when I press "CAR" I will get the Telephone menu)

Any suggestions or solutions to resolve this?
