Helloooo..
I have the mcc446 amp (55x4 + 110x2)
Is it possible to bridge it so the output will be like this? (165x2 + 55x2)?
thanks!

That amp is divided into 2 different amplification areas, the 55x4 is one amp and the 110x2 is another amp. You can't just go and cross the amplifcations between the two. I think I'd **** myself if the McIntosh could do that.

Look at your amp as being a pair of amps in a single chassis that share a common 12V and signal input. The 55x4 can be bridged to form 2 higher powered channels, probably around 100 each. The other section, 110x2, will combine to form a mono channel around 400W. Doing this increase power output, but limits the impedence that these channels can drive to 4 ohms and higher, rather than the 2 ohm capability per channel in 6 channel mode. This will not b e a problem for most component sets run on the front 2 channels, but could pose a problem for the mono sub channel, depending on your sub configuration. Hope this helps, please don't hook up the amp as the poster below claims is possible, sell it to me before you do that!
