3 ways for front and 6.5"back, their power handling is rated @ 100+ watts. The HU puts out 45x4 max, is the sound quality gunna be compromised?

Means more like 15w RMS before it starts to sound like ***.
The MBQ's will work, but if you invested $200-$250 in a 25x4 or 30x4 aftermarket amp (such as an MTX) it would be WORLDS better.

Your amp isn't as powerful as they'd like you to think... You will like the sound of your new speakers, but won't truly appreciate it until you put some more good, clean power into them!
