Default Question for those who have gone SII to SII+ or RNS-E . . .

This weekend I swapped out my Symphony II for a Symphony II+ headunit. Big thanks to Lee @ NSXJR for the wiring harness. Everything seems to be working fine (with a few minor exceptions):

1. The Symphony II+ seems to constantly "forget" some of my XM presets. I think I've read that others here have experienced a similar problem.

2. When switching from XM1 to XM2 to XM3, the TripComp doesn't reflect that I've switched to another bank of presets.

3. (this is my biggest issue) While my steering wheel volume controls continue to work, my steering wheel track up and down controls no longer function. Doesn't matter if I'm listening to a CD, MP3s, radio, or XM, the buttons don't do squat. When I swap my old Symphony II unit back in, they work again.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Default What is the PN on the XM tuner? There may be issues with PNs below suffix E

Do you have access to VAG-COM, to scan for any DTCs that may be stored? Did you recode the Sym II+ for the environment of the installation? What is the HU coding set at now?
