I have an Audi 2000 2.7T with a symphony radio. I am trying to remove the radio, which I have done before, but now all but 1 of the clips work. I have searched the forums and there have been a handful of people who encountered the same problem, but there was no resolution posted.

I have tried to remove the glove box and go in from there, but the radio bay is not accessible.

Any suggestions?

...When we've had trouble with the radio, we've had one person on each side, making certain that the radio face on each side is pressed in completely before the clips are pulled.
